Now you can use adjustments in Yandex Direct to manage bids, CPC, CPI, or in-app event costs based on specific conditions. A special coefficient allows you to adjust the target value, increasing or decreasing the likelihood of ads being shown to specific audiences.
New adjustments for mobile app ads will help you reach audiences based on their device or operating system.
How to use the adjustments
- In the Report Wizard, analyze your statistics using the new “Device manufacturer” and “Device OS version” cross sections.
- Identify the segments where you want to apply an increasing or decreasing coefficient.
- Go to the group or campaign settings and set the new adjustments:
- Manufacturer-based adjustments — available only for Android.
- OS version adjustments — available for both Android and iOS.
Depending on your strategy, adjustments can affect bids, CPC, CPI, or in-app event costs. Keep this in mind when setting up ads.
